Studio Guidelines:
  • No food or drinks, with the exception of water are allowed in the dance studio.
  • Do not wear your dance shoes outside of the building.
  • No gum chewing in class.
  • Please ask you dancer to remain in the lobby before and after class until an adult is their to pick them up.  Instructors will not be able to watch students after class do to back-to-back classes.
  • Please put your dancer's name inside of all shoes and clothing.  Items left behind will be placed in the lost and found.
  • Please keep as quiet as possible in the lobby.  The noise level should not interfere with ongoing classes.
  • Please take all young dancers to the bathroom before class begins.


Class Etiquette:
We look forward to creating a positive atmosphere for all students attending our studio.  Please show respect to your instructor and your classmates.  Please come to class   prepared with the proper attire and hair done.  Do not talk while the instructor is teaching.  Please arrive on time as a proper warm-up is essential.

Class Placement:
Students are placed by ability and then age.  Students may need to try a few levels to find the class that will benefit them the most. 

Class Observation:
You may view your dancer's class through viewing windows located in the lobby.
PARENTS: Please do not open the door or interfere with the class in any way after class has begun!

Communications:
Though out the year we will be handing out important information to our students.  We realize that all handouts do not always make it home to you.  Please make it a priority to come into the studio and check the bulletin board.  All handouts and newsletters can also be found on our website. 

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
  • Tuition is due by the 1st class of the month.  A $10 late fee will be added to accounts not paid by the 10th of each month.

  • Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card.  We can set up automated payments from your credit or debit card. 

  • STATEMENTS WILL BE SENT OUT TO PAST DUE ACCOUNTS ONLY.

  • Tuition is based on an average of 4 weeks per month and remains the same each month regardless of how many classes fall in a particular month.  The only exception is August which is prorated to 1/2 price.

  • Cancellation of Classes must be received in writing, a 30 day notice is required.

Performances:
Cedar Park Dance Company holds an annual recital  in May or early June.  More information coming soon.

We also have a winter celebration which is held at the dance studio the week before winter break.  It is a time for family and friends to observe their dancer's class and celebrate the holidays with us!
